Work Groups are sets of people who can do the same type of work. As work moves through the office, it is assigned to the next Work Group.

Office Conductor uses Work Groups to link Action Steps to the people doing the work.  This way, anyone who is part of a specific Work Group can complete the Action Step, and then pass the work on to the
next Work Group.

Office Conductor Users work from a special web page called, “My Work Groups”. It lists the current processes waiting their attention in each Work Group they are associated with.  Everyone always knows what is waiting their attention and where everything is. This creates a happy, well organized office staff!
