Office Conductor provides you, as a consultant, an opportunity to extend your offerings by providing expert Business Process Management (BPM) to your clients. Many companies have realized that BPM and document tracking are a must. Bundled with your practical expertise, you can now offer professional BPM services.
Even though Office Conductor may be the easiest application of its kind, many clients still request help to design their first Master Office Processes. Furthermore, many clients will have you back to create new Masters as they grow into Office Conductor.
You have several options to include
Office Conductor in your consulting business
Authorized Consultant Program - We create a blank client website, you provide the consulting. We will install a full version of the Office Conductor application on a web server for your client. It will have it’s own unique domain, database, and secure data folders.
You will then use Office Conductor to build Work Groups, Users, and Master Office Processes. Client training and support are also your responsibility. We will support any technical issues with the system or any questions you need help with.
An Authorized Consultant receives sales commissions on all sales and future sales.
You will be required to train on the system. This can be performed here in San Jose, by seminar, or by conference call. The training is a 4-8 hour commitment.
Associate Consultant Program - Initial client consultations are done together as a team. We create a blank client website on a web server for your client. It will have it’s own unique domain, database, and secure data folders.
We together will then use OC to build Work Groups, Users, and Master Office Processes. Client training and support will be your responsibility. We will support any technical issues with the system or any questions you need help with.
An Associate Consultant receives sales commissions on all sales, and for our consulting time with your client. Associate Consultant may bill their own client support separately.
Referral Program - We will provide your client with everything they need, including initial setup, training, and master designs.
A Referral Consultant receives sales commissions on all sales, and for our consulting time with your client.
OC Subcontracting Program - In some cases, it may be more useful to have our firm subcontract through your firm. If you wish to negotiate such a relationship or any of the other options above, please contact us.
