Once you create a Master Office Process, its entry forms are then available to start Current Office Processes again and again. Any Attachments are sent to a Secure Data File Folder, and Action Steps are always set to 1.

Because each Action Step is pre-assigned to a Work Group, and each staff member is pre-assigned to their Work Groups, staff can easily find their work.

You create a “Master Office Process” by:

  • Giving each new Office Process a name.
  • You decide if you want to create a client entry form.
  • You decide if you want to create an internal entry from.
  • You decide if you want to e-mail these requests to someone.
  • You complete the Office Process by defining a list of simple steps for the work and its related documents to travel.
